Terms and Conditions - 210 W Magnolia Event Space
By creating a free membership with Cahoots Coworking, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions for reserving and using the event space located at 210 W Magnolia St #10, Fort Collins, CO ("the Space"). Access to booking is granted upon membership registration. These terms govern all reservations made through the Cahoots booking platform.
1. Booking Access and Rates
All users must register for a free membership with Cahoots before booking. Once registered, users may reserve the event space at a rate of $150 per hour. The Space is available for bookings seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. All bookings must be made through the Cahoots website via our Cobot booking platform.
2. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Reservations may be canceled between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a partial refund of 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time are non-refundable. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their reservation times and dates.
3. Use of the Event Space
The Space may be used for professional, creative, or private events including but not limited to workshops, meetings, photo/video shoots, and community gatherings. Users agree to use the Space in a respectful, lawful manner and are responsible for the behavior of all attendees during the reserved time.
4. Setup and Cleanup
Users must include setup and cleanup time within their reservation period. The Space must be returned to its original condition, with all personal items removed and trash properly disposed of. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee assessed at the sole discretion of Cahoots.
5. Damage and Liability
Users are responsible for any damage caused to the Space or its contents during the reservation period. Cahoots is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring in the Space. Users are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage as appropriate.
6. Prohibited Activities
Smoking, illegal drug use, and any activity that violates local laws or ordinances are strictly prohibited. Amplified music, parties, or loud gatherings that disturb neighboring tenants or exceed reasonable noise levels may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
7. Enforcement and Termination
Cahoots reserves the right to cancel or deny any reservation at its discretion, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, misuse of the Space, or inappropriate conduct. Repeated violations may result in revocation of booking privileges.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.
