Terms and Conditions - 210 W Magnolia, Cahoots CoWorkspace:
1. Membership: By signing up, you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by Cahoots CoWorkspace. Membership grants access to designated areas during operational hours.
2. Conduct: Respect fellow members. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Maintain a professional and inclusive atmosphere.
3. Building usage hours and days are 24/7 for members renting office space. Members should not remain overnight in the space. Members will promptly report any issue with locks.
4. Privacy: Cahoots CoWorkspace respects your privacy, but cannot guarantee the security of personal belongings. Use personal lockers or safes for valuables.
5. Fees and Cancellations: Membership fees are due monthly, on the anniversary date of your membership commencement. Late payments may incur penalties of 10% of the balance due. Cancellations require 21 days prior notice, unless a longer term has been negotiated. In the event of a longer term, cancelations incur a lease break fee equal to 50% of the cost of the remaining term.
6. Liability: Cahoots CoWorkspace is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred on the premises. Members should have their own insurance.
7. Noise Level: Maintain a considerate noise level in shared spaces. Use designated phone booths or offices for private conversations.
8. Guests: Limited guest access is allowed. Notify the management in advance. Guests must adhere to the same rules as members.
9. Facilities: Report any maintenance issues promptly. Use equipment and facilities responsibly. Keep the space clean and tidy. Throw trash and recycling from your office in the appropriate poly carts across south of Magnolia, at our Howes location. Management may enter your office to remove trash, vacuum, or perform maintenance. Any damage to office above normal wear and tear, including but not limited to drywall repair, touch up painting, and carpet cleaning may be billed to tenant at a rate of $55/hour plus materials.
10. Termination: Cahoots CoWorkspace reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms or any behavior they deem as disruptive.
By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Cahoots CoWorkspace reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
